Streamcraft and Fly Fishing Day

David Grisold is organising a day’s Fly Fishing, along with some tuition on Streamcraft, at the Tranquil Rises fishery at Flowerdale.
The day is Wednesday November 22nd, start at 10am and all members and their guests are welcome to attend. The cost is $40, and this includes a BBQ lunch, a day’s fishing on all the waters available at Tranquil Waters, along with a copy of Mike Spry’s original Streamcraft notes, ‘An introduction to Fly Fishing’ and tuition on the King Parrot Creek.

October 19th Meeting – AT THE KELVIN CLUB With Tony Armstrong and Charles Thompson

Tony and Charles recently enjoyed an incredible and spectacular fishing trip.

They were the first Australians to fish the mighty Kharlovka, Litza and Rynda rivers 200 km north of the Arctic Circle in Russia. They were fishing for wild Atlantic salmon during the very short Arctic summer.
